Outlook sending but not sending

I have a user that whenever she sends an a-mail with an attachment. It sends but the email she sent does not leave the screen, the send button looks like it is pressed and all the other buttons are grey. You can move between windows and close the window but thats it..any idea?

    This is how I fixed a similar issue:
    Recreate the user account and set it to use the current file and then make default.  Finally restart the program and remove the old account.

    Simply put: recreate the user account, but use the same pst file.  Backup the pst file before you begin!
