I'm not getting my little hand icon  when I type an email address as an inserted hyperlink.
It looks like its a hyperlink but I can't click to take me to my website or email editor.

If you trying to click the link at design time (not currently in a Slide Show), right-click and select Open Hyperlink.

If you're trying to click a link during a Slide Show, it should work fine just hovering over the link, seeing the pointer finger, and then clicking to open the URL.
