when im runing my php script on wamp  its say ( ! ) Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\Test_Programs\counting_top_words.php on line 41
this line is just an echo line in a foreach loop.

also i do get the result before this error and I think maybe because of this error it doest display the full result.

Just seems your script is taking longer than the default of 30 seconds to execute.
Add this at the top of you script to increase the allowed execution time:
ini_set('max_execution_time', 300); // 300 seconds, make this even higher if you need more time
