Checking for Duplicate Values using IF Statement

Hey guys, I have a column of emails and I want to create another column that looks to see if the email in one row is the same as the row before it, and if it is, pass the word 'Duplicate' and if it isn't, pass the word Unique.

I am sure it's simple, but I have tried what I know of IF statements and it's not working.
