Personally I would get rid of Incredimail.  Emails that your user sends will be large compared to other emails with all of the different formatting that should be done.
If they "need" to use Incredimail, did the get the correct version for their operating system?
Thanks,
Kelly W.

I don't know.  The guy calls me after experiencing issues.  I tell these folks don't download crap on your work computer but they do any way.  He is the owner of the company.  Do you know if I delete the program what happens to the mail already in the box??????

It will be there unless you tell it to remove all emails during the deletion.
Incredimail emails are a pain in the rear end to convert over to Outlook, OE, or anything else.
You used to have to do it one email at a time.
You should tell the owner that not all email programs understand the formatting of Incredimail and sometimes the email comes across as looking like garbage and extremely unprofessional.
I tell all my clients if the email gives me a headache then I will not deal with it until I have a good period of time to interpret the email.  I am sure that I am not the only one.
Thanks,
Kelly W.

I second the "get rid of it" sentiment.

http://code.google.com/p/incredimail-converter-reynardware/ is a converter I have used to pull the messages into Thunderbird.
