Correct me if I am wrong, what I need to log into is BlackBerry Administration Service and BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager but for some reason it tells me that the info I entered is incorrect.

I have set up the BES today .... can someone just tell me where I can get the log in info to log in

To be honest this is the first time I install the BES program. Can you give me both ways so I can find out what is my password?
Hi HZarif,

I think you misunderstood me. These options are set doing the installation process. If you have already installed BES then you will have already been past this stage. If you have no idea which method you used, you may want to remove BES and start again. If you would prefer to hack a password into the system, there is a SQL table that manages the password. I can find the details for you but you have to be reasonably confident with SQL to use this option.
I am on my way to work. I was looking over my notes and I saw that I did choose AD Settings.

I am comfortable with SQL, so if you may provide me with the steps to reset my password please!

When I get to work I'll let you know if it worked.
MikeTheRelic sorry about he misunderstanding, I was checking what you wrote from my phone and it didn't show me the image you attached.

The image you attached is what I have chosen which was part of the steps on the Blackberry website. Was it recommended to use the Windows Authentication?
