Hi, we recently purchased four mpeg4 cameras to monitor our facility

The problem is that the interface is in chinese and  we would like to present the camera feeds in a better, customized interface if possible, either through a desktop application or through a website. Is this possible or are we limited by the built-in web server the cameras already have, and the software they offer?

If there was any open source solution that we could use it would be great! thanks
