view list of application installed on my computer via wmic

Dear EE members,

I have try this, it returned the following error:
wmic:root\cli>product where vendor="Apple Inc." get name,vendor
Node - Jumbo
ERROR:
Code = 0x80041001
Description = Generic failure
Facility = WMI

There is no different between your stmt and mine except vendor name.
Same error and the article is same as what I have referred to.

Yes, your code works. maybe there is a problem in wmi installation.
Try using WMI Diagnosis Utility
