What do you mean russian words... words are not the specifier charset is important.
You obviously shouldn't use unacceptable latin chars do you use any  ?
 
Better write us a sample redirection , talking without any sample is not much meaningful
if you are using right charset i'm sure there is a rule conflict or misspelled regex

I want to use Russian words.

Nothing works as per your message we followed things but nothing works it gives error.
