computers does not appear at symantec protection center

Hi All
  Good Day….

I installed Symantec end point protection – small business edition v12 at a windows 2008 server.
When I create a client version or even deploy a client version to a new computer in the
 domain this computer does not appear in the Symantec protection center
What should I do …..

    try to ping the management server from the client computer to test connectivity.
    if both are connected then,
    ==> while installing client software see that you enter the FQDN of management server.  
    ==> see the firewall setting. firewall may block the service.

    thanks the problem was in the firewall
    just disable firewall from the client and it works...
