I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1. You need to install a Reporting Service Point
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb694033.aspx
2. GoTo the Reports section, located in SCCM Console -> Computer Management -> Reporting -> Reports
3. Start the Report "Count operation system version" by rightclick on it ans point to "Run"

What about the original question?
There's is not default command which can be send to the clients for uninstalling a application.
You have to define a uninstall command for each application seperately.

Try starting the ymsgrie.exe with the /? switch to get the command line options
