One thing I forgot to mention because I wasn't aware is that there is an exception for the ip for the connection. &nbsp;Will it still be affected?

In my org we have many different vlan and a combo of DHCP and Static Ip's in the network. &nbsp;We also have a proxy server ISA which controls access to the internet. &nbsp;We are using many programs which require citrix access via the internet and the program just hangs. &nbsp;I have reports that when users are using this &nbsp;citrix access via a hotel internet they are not experiencing any slowness. &nbsp;My question therefore is can the proxy server be causing the lag?
