I read a few opinions and both screens seem ok, but maybe someone could advise?

Screen will be used for browsing the Internet, some movies...

    The only real difference that I see is one uses IPS technology, the other does not. IPS (In-Plane Switching) is a newer technology of LCD which Wikipedia does a better job of explaining than I would:

    But ultimately IPS's only real benefit is that your monitor will consume less energy since the backlight does not need to be as bright. This is useful for LCD screens on laptops since battery consumption is an issue, but I don't think it will make any difference to you. I don't think you'll see any noticeable difference in screen quality.

    Both are perfectly good LCDs. I'd just pick the one that you can get most conveniently / which one is cheaper.
