first of all i would to thank you very much about that solution, but here i heve different concept as the data Type in XSD file and the structre in other XSD  file and in attribute of the second one mintioning the XSD file having the type (such as <xs:import namespace="" schemaLocation="emp-glb.xsd"/> )

You should be able to reference the registered URL of the first XSD in the second.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

If I understand what you are wanting to do, when you registered the XSD you should have given it a URL.  You should be able to take that URL and use it for schemaLocation.

If you want to obtain them dynamically you can query all_xml_schemas.

Instead of a C grade and just closing this to get around the new question lock, you should have asked for additional information if you did not understand what I was telling you.

I think the accepted answer, http:#a35728238 should be the correct solution.  I just don't think it should get a 'C'.

I'm willing to continue working on this if the asker needs further asssitance.
