I have a field called count, this tells me how many of the product I have that can be shipped, some of the product has 0 others have a quanity.  I need this displayed when creating the report just for visual reference, but do not want this printed on the actual report.  Is there a way to make this happen?

    Accepted Solution

On the inspector, you have the Position tab.  At the bottom there is a checkbox for "Hide when Printing".  So select the object you want to hide and check this checkbox.
