Change behavior of multiple accounts in Outlook 2010 as Outlook 2007
Since Outlook 2010, microsoft decided to add multiple inboxes for each account ( POP3 for an example ) you add in the same Outlook profile.
So what i want to do is add multiple accounts in one outlook profile, Exchange and 2 POP3 mailboxes, but i want only 1 inbox.
Is this an option wich i am missing or some tweak to solve this stupid behavior?

You can keep your POP accounts in one profile - no issue.
So far as I know, you need separate profiles for Exchange Accounts. That was new in Outlook 2010. But you cannot keep your Exchange account combined with a POP account in the same profile.

This was possible in Outlook 2007. All the mails wich came trough your Exchange and your POP3 ended up in the same inbox.
Well, Outlook 2010 does everything Outlook 2007 did, so you can set it up the same way. I interpreted that you wanted the Outlook profile to act as both POP and Exchange at the same instant which you cannot do (so far as I know), but if you have POP mails coming through Exchange, it will work the same way.
Just keep everything in one profile as I noted above. .. Thinkpads_User

No thats not what i want. 1 Outlook 2007 installation with a configured profile wich contains an Exchange account, a POP3 account and another POP3 account. This all 1 one profile.
Nothing to do with an exchange environment using the POP3 Connector in SBS or something.
When you have Outlook 2010, it will show you for each configured account an inbox, while in Outlook 2007, everything was dropped in an inbox, 1 ! inbox.

This options works great for POP3 accounts, but for Exchange accounts and POP3 accounts combined or Multiple Exchange accounts, this is not a solution.
