QOS Settings

So I bought a new router and got DD-WRT installed.  How do I now take control of the bandwidth and limit the PS3,Wii,IPad,IPod from stealing too much bandwidth from the 2 main "work" computers?  I see that I can do it by IP or Mac Add.  I don't know much about Mac Add, but I think IP will change as computers are re-booted and such.

Easiest to find out the mac-address of computers is doing on windows "ipconfig /all" in a dos command box.
For the other devices, if your DD-WRT is doing dhcp for you, it should list the devices ip's and mac addresses in a table.
