Dynamically Load Components on WPF

Never used WPF before and was wondering.  If i had an XML file that had a list of components to be loaded, would it be possible to do this dynamically?

    If does components are written with XAML , you can do that .

    Also consider using MVVM and ViewModel First and have DataTempate that defines what UI to show for which ViewModel.
