Dynamically Load Components on WPF

Never used WPF before and was wondering.  If i had an XML file that had a list of components to be loaded, would it be possible to do this dynamically?

Also consider using MVVM and ViewModel First and have DataTempate that defines what UI to show for which ViewModel.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
