Server/Exchange Dropping many Services

Hi All!
System Attendant, Information Store, Routing Engine, Management, Routing & Remote Access, Lanman Server Service, Large memory usage, Terminal services, www Publishing..... All these are dropping like flies after many BSOD restarts since May 3rd or so. The email stores reported as corrupt when doing a backup and ESEUTIL responded with same. It took me many times to perform a "clean shutdown" with ESE on the priv1.edb, but finally got it. Still would not run properly. System is SBS 2003 R2, Exchange 2003, all up-to-date, 4GB ram (all good), external backup disc is fried (not good). 20 XP Pro clients on this net. I have had some SMTP DNR mail showing up for a while, but it has not been disturbing yet. HELP!

you are going to need to determine the cause of the bsod and stabalize your system first
it is normally driver related so make sure all of your drivers are current

Analyse the dump and fix the issue first then proceed with the Exchange services issue

I'm sorry to say I simply had no more time to afford on this production box. We called in some bigger guns and it was determined that the MB was at fault -- there were several swollen Caps. So we moved to a NAS approach and dumped the server we had. I really don't know what to do with points, so I'll defer to a moderator for guidance. However, I thank you for the responses.

While neither solution took care of the problem, both were correct insofar as what one should do. The responders had no fault in my decision to take a different course of action, hence the split points. Thanks for the effort.
