I was in Thailand a few weeks ago and got a local sim caard and found the APN details that I had to manually enter and put them in and all was good, I could use my phone to browse the web.<br />

A friend of a mine is going to Thailand next week and I'm wondering if it's as easy as me telling them which provider to buy a sim card from and then just give them the APN details??? Only problem is that they probably won't know how to enter the APN details so can anyone give me steps to pass on to them??<br />
