How enable EXTERNAL email to SBS 2008 Sharepoint list?

I have seen several discussions how to enable incoming email to sharepoint, but I have not found working solution for SBS2008 to receive external email.

Is there a walkthrough for that? I think the problem is how to get Exchange to send email to drop folder on mailroot(?).
I don't know how to configure that.

Thanks, that helped me to get email working and it's coming to c:\inetpub\mailroot\drop folder.
But it does not come to Sharepoint from there.

    What am I missing?

OK, I got it working by restarting timer service.

But now I found another problem: emails are coming to sharepoint but attachments are not.
What's next? I found an post that instructed to do some changes with ADSIedit. Did it for user (contact). Now email that had attacments did come to list too in sharepoint but without attachments.

What I try is to get pfd, xls(x) and doc(x) attachments to be picked up to sharepoint library.
