How can I check at what time a db has been restored?

you can look in the alert log for timestamps of major events

Not sure this exists inside the database itself.  Maybe another expert knows of some view that might contain this.

What tool did the restore?  It might have logs that you can check.

you could look in v$instance for startup_time too.


assuming after your database restored and it hasn't been restarted since.
The startup_time should reflect when the restoration happened.
