Hello
What kind of hardware do you have? How is your network topology and routing points?

If you do not have any routing points you must have equipment that support HSRP or VRRP (two devices use one virtual ip) to accomplish the task you described

As I already mentioned that I dont have any routing point. We are using 2DSL and 2 Wirless routers are in our office. 1DSL is workig and other is backup connection. When one is down than we use other.
To be honest I think you can give a try with Cisco 1800 series with dual DSL to provide redundancy.
By default none of the models have dual DSL, but you can purchase additional DSL module to have dual DSL connectivity on that device.
