SQL error --Logshipping

I set log shipping and it been working great for a few month. However, starting last week I notice that there  is an issue and no logs are been applied.

Can I fix this issue or do I have redo the logshipping..

The last log applied is admin_db_201105061211511.trn

SQL Server 2005

The error I get is :

The backup data at the end of "f:\logshipping\qcsiteadmin_db\admin_db_20110506130011.trn" is
incorrectly formatted. Backup sets on the media might be damaged and unusable.
To determine the backup sets on the media, use RESTORE HEADERONLY. To determine the usability of the backup sets,
run RESTORE VERIFYONLY. If all of the backup sets are incomplete,
reformat the media using BACKUP WITH FORMAT,
which destroys all the backup sets.

What does:
Restore Verifyonly "f:\logshipping\qcsiteadmin_db\admin_db_20110506130011.trn"
give for result?

Have you changed the filegroups (added one for instance), this can be checked with:
RESTORE HEADERONLY "f:\logshipping\qcsiteadmin_db\admin_db_20110506130011.trn"

Is the size of the backupmedia to big for the filesystem? can it be on a fat32 volume and bigger than 4GB?

What does the log on the logshipping source say. Examine errorlog on that sql instance!

Come back with your findings and well figure this out!

Sorry, I had to redo the log shipping because this file got deleted in error.
