Event ID 4353 and 4356

Hello EE. I have a windows 2003 server that use to be a DC. Ever since I demoted the server I have logged ID 4353 and 4356 daily:

The COM+ Event System attempted to fire the EventObjectChange::ChangedSubscription event but received a bad return code.  HRESULT was 80040201.

The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber {D3938AB0-5B9D-11D1-8DD2-00AA004ABD5E}.  StandardCreateInstance returned HRESULT 80070422.

Right now this is just a File and Print server. It used to be a DC,DNS, and DHCP server as well.

The first error is related to .NET 2.0.  More information on the error, why it exists, and how to correct it can be found here:;en-us;926997

The second error can be several things.  But, my first hunch at one time used Client Side Caching.  If you don't need that any more, try running this command to clear it out:

    regsvr32 "%systemroot%\system32\mobsync.dll" /u
