Youtube caching doesn't work in Chrome and FF?

They say that Youtube now uses the cache of the browsers but it seems not to work for me.
I loaded a video until the entire buffer bar became, then I pressed F5 and it started again to slowly  load/bufferize from Internet. Tried with last version of Chrome and Firefox. What's wrong?

    Goto your browser and type on address bar


    not you can change values for




    Check for example this link

    You  can also search on the Google otherr option your key is "network.buffer.cache.size"
