Click the link, and then select "Save" when the download dialog comes up?

paulmacd is right, though you might need to RIGHT click when clicking.

In other words, the link you posted, RIGHT click, select Save Link As or Save Target As, depending on what browser you are using.

so I had to do the following,

1-click on http link
2- when the content appear in the browser save like you would any html file by clicking on File from the broswer menu and then click save.
3- save to a location on your computer
