DFS-R: There should not be a large number of replication conflicts in the replicated folder

I have two servers clustered (server 2008 R2 Enterprise), then one Server 2008 R2 in a non cluster.  DFS Replication is configured between the cluster in the HQ and single server in the Branch.

I ran the Best Practices Analyzer and it is giving me the following warning:

DFS-R: There should not be a large number of replication conflicts in the replicated folder 'folder'

My DFS-R is to setup to be configured for replication back to the HQ for backup purposes.  The data is not accessed by anyone in the HQ so I am not sure why there would be conflicts.

How do I resolve this issue?

Have you installed all of the DFS updates? There are several. Most are included in 2008 R2 SP1, but 2285823  applied to both R2 and R2 SP1.
