VB Macro Application.Templates

How do I make this Word 2010 macro code universal for everyone in the office and not just me?

Application.Templates( _
        "C:\Users\chayden\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Normal.dotm"). _
        BuildingBlockEntries("_EJHLtr").Insert Where:=Selection.Range, RichText:= _
        True

I tried just cutting down the file path to just Normal.dotm but I couldn't get that to work.

Use the object NormalTemplate
NormalTemplate.BuildingBlockEntries("_EJHLtr").Insert Where:=Selection.Range, RichText:= _
        True
