I need to Migrate WS_FTP Pro  verssion 12.03 Config to another PC without having to generate new PGP public  and private signed keys  keys

I tried doing this once and it required me to generate a new PGP public key and signature

Is thier a ssfe way to do this without having to generate new keys and SSL certificate"s?

    Thsi would probably work if the PC you are moving it to have the same hostname, and IP address as the original PC. Otherwise you will need to generate new SSL Certs.

    Yeah, kinda sucks but that's the way it is with SSL certs. Anyway hopefully this helped answer your question.
