Cannot see list of users in BES DB role

We'are running BES 4.1.7

If I go to Roles Administration, then for each type of role (Security, Enterprise etc), I can see a number that is supposed to represent the number of administrators for that role. Yet, if I go to "List Administrators" for that role, the number of accounts that are ticked are actually much less.

Does anyone know how I can find out what these 'missing' accounts are?

Don't forget you can assign AD groups to the roles which would include anyone in the groups.
