Hello,

I'm trying to get JPERF to mimic the TCP settings of Windows 7/2008. If I use the default jperf settings, my throughput across a site to site VPN tunnel is around 700k. Yet if I do a CIFS file transfer between the same machines, the transfer goes at around 5megaBYTES/s. How can I get Jperf to show a true representation of throughput?

WARNING: POTENTIALLY USELESS COMMENT:

Seems like when I used JPERF in the past it had some default buffer settings that negatively affected throughput. I dont recall, but I don't think it used the TCP native buffer settings.

Good luck,
