Filter wont go away Experts Exchange

Whenever I click on answer in experts exchange  (I would normally get the most recent questions asked) now i get a filter for Zone Rank, how do I fix it (get rid of the filter)? It's saved and been that way for hours now, logging off, closing web browser doesn't fix the problem. Using firefox instead on IE works but I want it to work right in IE.

I had to clear my temporary files and cookies. I would like to know if there is a better answer though because I hate when that happens. I don't set filters anymore.

i simply created a new filter by date, and it stay in my profile

when i want to return by date, i click on the filter i made (there is a permanent link on right side once i created it)
