Remove PC Security guardian
one of my user has the PC Security Gardian malware, i need to remove it, i put the hard disk
as slave in my machine because the av and anti spy work no more,
any advice for clean up the disk

Have you read the instructions at the link I posted above?
They were written for exactly the infection you have and provide step-by-step instructions for removing it.
The old technique you are using of 'slaving' the hard drive off another computer has no value with this kind of infection.
Please respond if you have any questions about how to fix this.

I do computer repair for a living and all of the instructions from "Grinler" are all printed out and posted in our workshop.
Just follow them step by step and you will be OK.

I trying to do with Malwarebits but it seem is blocked by the virus as well in safe mode, you sugest i do it manualy removal?

Go through each of the steps - 1-25.
It really won't take that long - except for the final step of running Malwarebytes - but you can just let that run without monitoring it.
