Companyweb on SBS 2008 - Can you connect Tasks/Calendar items to everyones Outlook automatically

On the Companyweb in SBS 2008, I can see how an individual user can click on the 'Connect to Outlook' button to have a Task or Calendar item entered in the Companyweb, synced to their personal Outlook.

Rather than have 30+ users have to manually do this, is there a way to set this up automatically at the server end (either via Sharepoint, Group Policy, etc).

I would like to use the Companyweb as a central location for assigning Tasks and setting appointments in the Calendar, and then have those items replicated in the personal Outlook for each assignee without them having to click on buttons.

As far as I know this process is a manual one.

To add to my initial question, i noticed that when you do press 'Connect to Outlook', a dialog appears and says:

Do you want to allow this website to open a program on your computer?
    From: companyweb
    Program: Microsoft Outlook
    Address: stssync://sts/?ver=1.1&type=tasks&cmd=add-folder&base-url=http%3A%2F%2Fcompanyweb&list-url=%2FLists%2FTasks%2F&guid=%7Bcf8bbfb4%2D575b%2D4dce%2Da800%2D5b34ac1786f1%7D&site-name=Corporate%20Intranet&list-name=Tasks

Could i use this stssync Protocol and push out this command via Group Policy, Logon Script, etc, to all our users?

Drop it into a batch file on a Standard User's desktop and give it a whirl.

i put that line into a batch file but it didnt seem to work

    C:\Windows>stssync://sts/?ver=1.1  & type=tasks  & cmd=add-folder  & base-url=ht
    tpAFFcompanyweb  & list-url=FListsFTasksF  & guid=Bcf8bbfb4D575bD4dceDa800D5b34a
    c1786f1D  & site-name=Corporate0Intranet  & list-name=Tasks
'stssync:' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.

Am i supposed to put something else in the batch file to call that command? Sorry, i dont have much experience with them.

I found out how to do it. I had to use Outlook to open the file. So for my installation of Office, the batch files read something like this:

    "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office 10\Office14\outlook.exe" "stssync://.....<rest of stssync url>...."
