Export FLV from Final Cut Pro

Hi,

We have a project in Final Cut Pro which we want to export to FLV for use on our website. Currently we have tried exporting as .mov and converting it using SeaSky Video Converter but the sound is way out of sync.

I'm not sure if that is because of how we're exporting it, or how the video converter works.

What is a sure fire way of exporting from Final Cut Pro and ending up with an FLV video file we can use on our website?

Cheers

We ended up exporting as .mov then using Total Video Converter to convert to FLV and Miro video converter to convert to WebM and OGV.
