blackberry tech support number

Hi,

I have a Blackberry server that runs for three handhelds. None of them have connectivity. I want to call an RIM tech support number for server support, and I can't find a number, anyone know it?

Unfortunatley they want you to purchase support agreement but if you have you can call 1-800-327-9085 and they will forward you to support.

My best luck has always been to call my phone carrier and they usually give it their best effort then open and transfer your call to blackberrry on their dime.

In the past, if you don't have a support agreement you could pay ona  per call basis. The cost is about $249 per call.

Hi,

You normally receive 1 complimentary support incident when you buy a BES licence - you should be able to register your SRP ID and then log an incident.

Alternatively, explain the issue in more detail (include BES version, Exchange version, configuration, server OS versions and report any errors in log files/windows event viewer) and we might be able to help you?

RobMobility.

Im not sure how to object but his question was for a phone number and from what I can see is I'm the only one that provided one. Not sure why this is split :)
