I have an Exchange 2010 server without SP1, and I have several clients that use Outlook 2011 for Mac and we have come across an issue where the global attachment size (25mb) is not applying to Outlook 2011 only.  It appears Outlook 2011 is limited to 10mb.  Does anyone have a solution to up this limitation to 25mb.

You need check the settings on the Server side, you may to check your receive connector and Send connector

But there is issue on Outlook for Mac

(4) How do I raise the attachment size limit in Outlook to let me send files larger than 10MB?

Outlook has no limit on the size of attachments you may send. The limitation is on the server. Outlook along with Entourage, Web Services Edition, uses a new protocol for communicating with an Exchange server called Exchange Web Services (EWS). Entourage 2008 and earlier use an older protocol called WebDAV.
