Setting up Exchange on Samsung Galaxy

Since upgrading to SBS 2011 (exchange 2010) one of our staff using a Samsung Galaxy can no longer access the server, however I have managed to allow iPhones access by adding a passcode to the phones. Any simple fix for this? I've seen suggestions on hacking into the phone, but I prefer not too.

Looks like she will have to buy a new phone if she wants her emails... too much effort and requirement for additional software which I do not want to support, bt thanks for pointing me in the right direction...

Looks like this is the correct method for fixing the issue by using another app. Not ideal... but do-able
