Hello,

I'm looking for a way to spell check a csv file and output the results to a new file using any of the popular open source programs.

Ask your hosting company to install the PSpell extension.  It is very easy for them to do this!

I'm looking for a script that i can run through gnome terminal in ubuntu. Sorry for the confusion
