VM Hosted Apps with Xen Desktop 5 doesn´t log off

Hi,

hopefully a realy simple thing.I´m using XD5 to Publish a VM-Hosted App(Seamless). Evertything works fine. But if i close the Application the Session will not close / the desktop is still logged in. (State "in Use")

How can i fix it?

publish the taskmanager and take a look to the task-list.
We have an CTI-Connector that has started with the application and the session does not logoff.
Some additional apps with icons at the taskbar do this.

try using autoruns from sysinternals to find starting apps.
you can export the list (or create screenshots) and post this.
than i can look to this.

Thanks vor your help, Sorry for the Late reply but i was on Vacation . I´ll think i know the processes that will stop my logoff proccess. but how can i fix it?
I´ll tryed ti with the "LogoffCheckSysModules"-Key in the Reg. Worked fine for XD4 but not for XD5? Is there a new/additonal Key?

Its an proccess from "Altiris Deployment" and my customer told me that it´s needed and we can´t turn it of because they need it for ITIL reports.....

No Real Solution, but this is a design Problem form Citrix.
