cannot print to kip 3100 series printer
problems printing to kip 3100 series printer. when trying to print a test page the computer freezes. it then comes back to life and say test page sent to printer but just sits in the queue and fails.

PRINTER : KYOCERA KM-4800w
ISSUE : There is "low fuser temperature" error
PRESENT SITUATION :
1. All thirmysters, thermostats, lamps in order and checked through multi-meter
2. system put back from similar problem by previous service engineers by using the menu button options below
PLEASE ADVICE STEP TO STEP METHOD OF CLEARING THIS ERROR

ISSUE : PRINTER DOES NOT WORK
PRESENT SITUATION :
Previously the machine was held on error code : 22009.
1. On a suggestion, changed the logic card and checked smps
2. Now logic card red light blinks when connected to power
3. Error light half portion blinks momentarily when connected to power then machine display (does not glow to normallight) shows "A system error has occured - switch the machine off and on"
Please advice what to do. The Company engineers are also at a loss to explain and put the machine back in working.

PLEASE SUGGEST SOURCE TO GET SPARES OF OCE / KIP / KYOCERA WIDE FORMAT PLOTTERS IN INDIA (preferably) OR ABROAD ???
spares are generally not available with companies and need to wait for very long periods running into months.

I am servicing kip-3100 wide format printer.
issue : software problem
present situation :
1. controller got damaged so installed controller of another similar kip-3100 showing kip-3000.
2. when putting the machine "on", there is COPY and JOB INFO signs blinking but SCAN does not glow normally
3. also visibly the IP number is different - i dont know the steps to change the same
4. sometimes the machine shows "communicating error"
PLEASE ADVICE IN STEP TO STEP DETAILS
