Windows 2008 R2 Login Screen Timeout

We get a windows server 2008 logon screen. After a period of time if the user doesn't log in the logon screen goes away. Where would I change or increase that default time to say up longer?

We are connecting to the Server from clients - XP, Windows 7 and HP Thin Clients.  We configure a connection and want it to sit on the logon screen waiting for staff to walk up and log on
