Hi everyone,

I am going to convert my vmware environment to hyper-V.
Currently I have 2 external NIC's that are linked to one internal switch.

I was wondering how to do this in Hyper-V, because I can't seem to find this option.

Thanks again.

You must use the Network Teaming software that is supplied with your server hardware.

You will also need to make changes on your physical switch, to create a channel group, bonded network or etherchannel.

Dear Hanccocka, thanks for your reply! I have read the kb and what I have read, microsoft doesn't recommend it..

What is your recommendation on this?

What Microsoft states its, if you need support, and something is wrong with Hyper-V, they may ask you to remove it. Because it's supplied by the vendor and not Microsoft.

I would enable, and check, and TEST TEST TEST and TEST before production.
