IP PBX v Trad PBX - 70 extensions single site
Hi,
I'm after your thoughts on IP PBX such as Zerabox (built on Asterisk) v trad PBX's such as Avaya, Nortel etc.
We are a single site, 70 extensions, with no complex routing, we want VOIP calls for Least Cost Routing, mulitple conference calling, Outlook integration, Follow Me extensions , Voicemail etc - all the usual for a Small-Medium sized Business.
We are located in Gibraltar and the board has a lean towards local telecoms supplier with a trad PBX but I think this is not the best option, my preference is towards IP PBX's which I believe to be more scalable and less propietary than trad PBX's with all their costs and expensive licenses.
Thank you in advance.
Natalie
