A couple of individual users have this problem, where Oulook is prompting for the incorrect server credentials after first accepting the correct ones.
For example, 2 profiles, One with Outlook Anywhere settings to connect to companya_srv1 and another with Outlook Anywhere settings to connect to Companyb_srv1 - these can be different companies on different networks entirely.
When opening the 2nd profile in Outlook, when opened outside of the local network, it prompts for the Outlook Anywhere username / password as you would expect for the correct server and Outlook shows as being connected, it then prompts for the server from the first Outlook profile but never excepts the details so you have to click cancel. Outlook works as expected but the prompt may reappear and status is sometimes shown as Offline,even though emails come in.
Any ideas? The first server in the registrt somewhere?
