User's home folder size is huge but not accurate

This is really strange. I'm trying to clean up space on our file server and get on the user's backs about cleaning up their home folder. My manager has what appears to be a 14.5GB home folder but he and I have gone through every single folder and subfolder and can't find anything or any reason why his folder shows it to be so big. He has only 1014 files and 153 folders but the total size shows 14.6GB. I'm attaching a screen shot. Like I said we went through everything but can't find any files or total number of files that come anywhere close to 14GB. I have selected to show hidden files and folders too. Any thoughts?

Try running windirstat to see where the big stuff is:

Great idea! I ran it and it shows just about 14 GB in the Recyle Bin but when I check the Recyle bin shows empty! How can I delete it if it's empty?

Never mind. The utility let me delete it.
