Cluster node 'UIL-HO-MB03' was removed from the active failover cluster membership. The Cluster service on this node may have stopped. This could also be due to the node having lost communication with
event id 1135
Is it possible the other node is off or the Cluster service is off on that node? Lastly, is it possible there's no communication between this node and the failed node?
