The current formula in cell G26 sums the total from column B that belongs to the same month (in column A) like the date in cell F26.

The formula should be changed to display the result in G27, i.e. instead of the total sum of the respective month, only the total sum of the respective month <= the date in F26.

Try:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(YEAR($A$2:$A$777)=YEAR(F26)),--(MONTH($A$2:$A$777)=MONTH(F26)),--(DAY($A$2:$A$777)<=DAY(F26)),$B$2:$B$777)
