Outlook 2007 Printer Error

This is somewhat of a strange one.

When in outlook doing a print preview if I use the scroll wheel on the mouse I get the following error:

"There is a problem with the selected printer. You might need to reinstall the printer. try again, or use a different printer."

This error will even pop up some times just by going into print preview.
It does this on multiple emails.
The issue seems to be confined only to outlook, other applications still print.
The computer is running Avast Pro but the issue was still present when running AVG, I do not suspect the antivirus or it's outlook plugins to be at fault.

To resolve the issue a simply restart works.

Let me know what your guys think!
